Transparency International IPP STRONGG Phase II MEL Partnership

Square Circle is the MEL partner for TI’s Indo-Pacific Partnership for Strong, Transparent, Responsive & Open Networks for Good Governance (IPP-STRONGG) Phase II, providing long-term MEL support to the TI Secretariat and 14 participating TI chapters. Square Circle refined the project’s MEL framework and guidelines, completed a baseline assessment for Phase II, and are enhancing TI’s impact reporting capabilities through a new reporting system and Power BI dashboards. SC Studio captured each chapter's story through videos, highlighting the project's human dimensions and contributing to the mid-term review's qualitative data.
