Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Development for Vanuatu’s Justice Sector

Square Circle was engaged by Vanuatu’s Ministry of Justice and Community Services to design a roadmap for the implementation of an executive development program that would support the sector vision of ‘access to justice for all’. Square Circle also designed and delivered a two-day leadership retreat – providing a foundational leadership and team development learning experience for agency heads. As part of the ongoing partnership that emerged from the roadmap, Square Circle designed a model for decentralised service delivery.
